This Blog, like all Blogs when they start up, is an experiment in both the sharing of ideas and marketing. I’ve been writing for about 30 years, sometimes as many as a dozen columns a month and for a period of time pumped out a daily musing known as ‘Truth Picks’. Some of those will be used to tide me over the days when I’m traveling or when the muse has left me for someone better looking.
What’s the purpose/focus of this blog? My professional focus is how we, as both individuals and organizations, manage ‘Change’. Therefore this Blog won’t be a ‘technical’ one, it’ll be focused on People Management skills and soft skills in general. And, from time to time it’ll delve into even simpler ‘human’ topics. You’ll get a sense soon enough if this is a place where you’ll invest some of your time.
Is it even necessary to encourage your input? A Blog is just another form of dialogue, where the readers are as important as the writer.
